When I founded Renascence Talent in June 2016, the mission was clear: create a firm that focused exclusively on outcome-led leadership hiring — where every shortlist we delivered was built on deep domain knowledge, trusted access, and genuine execution rigor.

We have always believed that titles don’t deliver impact, leaders do. That belief shapes every search we take on, every candidate we engage, and every shortlist we present.
